How to Report and Track a Correction

Readers, providers, and competitors can report a factual problem. Evidence is reviewed against the same standard regardless of who submits it.

Send the URL, claim, and supporting evidence

Use the contact page with the affected URL, the exact statement at issue, an explanation of the problem, and a primary source or reproducible result when available.

02Explain why the current statement is inaccurate
03Link to authoritative supporting evidence
04Do not include credentials or private customer data
Review

Material errors are prioritized

Security, deployment safety, pricing, compatibility, and availability errors receive priority. Style disagreements and unsupported promotional requests do not qualify as factual corrections.

04Reject requests that lack evidence or seek favoritism

Correct the page and preserve accountability

Minor grammar changes may be made silently. Material changes update the reviewed date and include a visible correction note when the earlier statement could have changed a reader's decision.
